Required Game Program Ads Are Due
July 16th, 2008In our parent meeting in the spring, all parents in attendance were advised that any player participating in Jaguar Varsity or Junior Varsity football in 2008 would be required to sell a minimum of the equivalent of a half page ad in our 2008 Gameday Program. A half page ad costs $125. These ads are due by August 1, 2008. The Gameday programs will be in full color this year and should meet or exceed the quality of our 2007 program, one of the nicest in the state of Mississippi. Any player who does not sell his required ads will be required to pay their fair share to the DCHS Touchdown Club to cover the player’s costs of football game shoes, eleven pre-game meals, gatoraid at halftime and other incidentals. The school does not pay for these. The Touchdown Club does and the club can not cover the costs of players who don’t pay their fair share. I was asked by Caleb McLaughlin to sponsor the team with an ad. I read the deadline is past, can I still get in this program. I would like to do a half page ad but need some design time as well. I could have the ad by the 11th if this will work.
