Coach Smith comes to Desoto Central this season after serving stints at Oxford High School and Choctaw Central High School (Philadelphia). Coach is a graduate of Union High School, in Neshoba County, East Central Community College and the University of Mississippi. At Union High School, Coach Smith was a Quarterback and Linebacker and also played baseball. Coach spends his free time in the fall, hunting. Coach Smith is married to his wife, Natalie, and has two children, 8 year old Jacob and 4 year old Grace. Coach Smith teaches Zoology and Genetics.
